I did not know Tom personally but I do remember him.  Anyone who served in Viet Nam deserves to be remembered.  My condolences to his sons.

Tom was a close friend back in our early 60's high school days.  He was a straight-up guy and someone I very much respected.  Though we lost touch he obviously had a good and respected career and got to spend most of his life with this h.s. sweetheart.  How great.  I'm certain Tom will be missed by his family and friends but also know that he left behind fond memories that will last well past his passing.  Cheers Tom.
