Katie (Van Harpen) Allegate was born on January 29, 1946 and passed away on October 5, 2002. Katie was the owner of Allegato and Associates in Kissimmee.  Survivors include her husband, Michael Allegato of Kissimmee; son, Michael A. Baas of Orlando, FL; Sisters, Jane E. Hastings and Joy A. Moore of Kenosha, WI, Jill M. Hiestand of Madison, WI and Susan P. Rosaco of Winthrop Harbor, IL.
