Joan Marie Steinhoff passed July 30, 2014 at Burlington Memorial Hospital. Joan worked as a Registered Nurse. She received a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, Racine and also studied at the International Training Center in Guangzhou, China and was certified in Advance Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine opening her own practice in Waterford, WI.
Joan was married to Leo (Buddy) Bonn who proceeded her in death in 2004. In 2008, she married Louis A. Cervantes later divorcing. She leaves behind one daughter, Jacqueline, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

It's nice to know that Joanie and Buddy had all those years together. I remember when Joanie and Buddy got secretly married while she continued living at home and coming to school, her parents not knowing they'd gotten married. It seemed so romantic at the time. I always wondered how it turned out. Good for them!
