We recently received the following information regarding the passing of Christine M. GEMMELL Moskowitz by her husband, Karl Moskowitz.

Christine Marie Gemmell died on October 12, 2025 in Honolulu, Hawaii.  We met at U.W. Madison in the summer of 1968.  We married in Bloomington, Indiana in 1970.  We lived in the Boston area as well as Korea and Japan for some 29 years, and then moved to Honolulu in 1999.

Christine received a BA in Management Science from UMass-Boston in 1979. From that year until she retired in 2011, she worked in the highly specialized field of interbank money and wire transfer software.

She truly enjoyed life in Honolulu where we frequently went out to the beaches and easier hiking trails.  Most of her immediate family, including her older brother Douglas Gemmell, reside in Kenosha. 

Christine will be remembered in private services.
