Richard A. Omdahl passed away on July 11, 2017 in Mequon, Wisconsin.  He was united in marriage to Diane J. Michelson on May 20, 1972.  He has two children, Rachelle and Melinda, and two grandchildren.

He received two degrees from MSOE...a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management.  Rich worked for 23 years at Square D starting as an Electrical Engineer and finished in Global Marketing.  He then started a business with his wife, Diane, called Beacon Health.  He was CEO of the business for 23 years.

Rich enjoyed their cabin in Waupaca.  He was a wine enthusiast and collector, and an avid traveler, making his way across Europe and Asia.  He was never in 4-H as a child but, after meeting Diane, he became a big supporter.  He was a member of the Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation Board and served as its President for three years.

Funeral Service for Rich will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 7 pm at Grace Lutheran Church,           303 Green Bay Road, Thiensville, WI.  A visitation will be Wednesday, at the church, from 4 pm until 6:45 pm.  Entombment will take place at Arlington Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Grace Lutheran Church, Ozaukee County 4-H or Silver Spring Neighborhood Center are appreciated.
