Sandra J. MINORS Steele passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025.  Born in Kenosha on August 24, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Emma Hoppe Minors.  Sandra grew up in Kenosha and attended school at Friedens Lutheran, Washington Jr. High, and Bradford High School.

On October 15, 1966, Sandra was joined in marriage to her beloved husband of 59 years, Clinton J. Steele.  The two met as children in the same neighborhood where they have lived since.  

Early in life, Sandra worked at Bisno's in downtown Kenosha as a buyer and worked the sales floor.  After the arrival of her girls, Sandra enjoyed volunteering at their schools and at Grace Lutheran Church where she was a member.  Her biggest volunteering endeavors were with the Girl Scouts where she was the leader of several troops throughout the decades.

Sandra is survived by her husband Clinton; her girls, Tina Miller, Tricia Andrews, Tamera Steele, Terry Steele and four grandchildren; her brother, Wayne Minors.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Minors and half-sister, Maria Minors.  

Funeral services for Sandra will be held on Sunday, November 9 at 2 pm at the Bruch Funeral Home, 3503 Roosevelt Road, Kenosha, WI 53142.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from Noon until the time of service.  Internment will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
