Robert A. Pitts, Jr. passed away peacefully at his residence on December 8, 2023.
He was born on September 5, 1945 to the late Robert A. and Ola Mae (Bryant) Pitts in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools in Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford. He graduated from Yankton College in South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Robert worked at Snap-On Tools briefly, and then worked at Abbott Lab until his retirement. He enjoyed playing basketball, and was well known for his skills.
Robert is survived by his son, Robert A. (Barbara) Vaughns; his grandsons; Terrance Vaughns and Ray Vaughns-Clark; his sisters, Ola (David) McPhee and Helen Vines, and several nieces and nephews.

I would be amiss not to take the time to say thank you to Robert, He did so much to make our senior year at Bradford exciting and then to read how he moved forward with his education and life was indeed impressive, Thanks for the memories Robert. My codolences to his family .
